Addictive Series - Can't Put Them Down January 1, 2009 Georgia Pat (Atlanta) I have seen the trailers on HBO.com, but have not seen the television series (I don't have HBO). I got the first two books as a gift, and could not stop reading until I finished the entire series (so far). Now, I wish I'd slowed down so that I'd have something to read this weekend. It's a great series, easy to read, riveting, and has lots of action and good character development. I have thoroughly enjoyed every book, and getting the entire set is a good deal.
Keeps You Wanting More December 31, 2008 Hushitsme (Michigan) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This grabs you and you just want more.I want her so bad to be with someone that oh so wants her and needs her.You keep waiting for it and waiting and yikes nothing that bothers me so.Maybe not giving her a happy ending because the series is on tv but unfair to us readers.
great series December 31, 2008 P. Neu (Littleton CO Usa) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Love the series on HBO so I bought the books to see how it all started. They are fun to read and can't put them down! They are a little different than the TV show, but great all the same! Love them!!

The books came in perfect condition. They came pretty fast and I love the few I have read so far.
sookie stackhouse review December 30, 2008 Dionicia Parker (new mexico) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
These were pretty good books, not as good as Cristine Feehan vampire novels. I found that the character of Sookie to be alittle fickle and that was annoying to me that she could not make up her mind on who or what she wanted. Plus why did she have to always get the crap beat out of her in nearly every book? I don't know there were some parts of the books that I found to be disappointing I guess after all the hype I expected more.
